Shipping & Delivery

Ordered products can be delivered anywhere within the Republic of Croatia and to most countries of the European Union.

EU Destinations where we ship are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Courier Information: For EU, deliveries are carried out only by GLS. For Croatia we deliver usually by DB Schenker and sometimes by GLS.

*Due United Kingdom’s “Brexit” from EU, our Courier, GLS, has temporary suspended all the deliveries to UK. GLS is currently adapting to the latest trade deal between EU & UK and as soon as we get information how & when GLS will proceed with deliveries to UK, we’ll inform you about shipping rates, delivery transit time, etc.

Listed Shipping rates are valid for one (1) transport box. If you order more than 24 PSV-s at one time (more about PSV you can see on the link “Transport Box & Packaging”), then you have to pay additional shipping for additional transport box / transport boxes. We do not provide free shipping, but to help you cover your shipping costs, we are providing you nice discounts on particular order quantities (look at “Discounts”).

DELIVERY PROCESS

After the goods are handed to the delivery service, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your package so you can check its status on the delivery service’s website. Once the package is handed to the delivery service we are no longer able to affect the delivery period and eventual, possible complications regarding the delivery, for which the delivery service is responsible.

On delivery, the recipient of the package is required to verify their information and sign for the package. According to the Obligatory Relations Act, if the package has been signed for, it is considered that the package has been delivered without any damage and the deliverer is then liberated from any further responsibility.

If the recipient is not present at the listed address or the address is invalid, the delivery service will attempt to contact the recipient so they could agree upon a time and possibly a new address for delivery. In case the delivery partner is not able to deliver the package to the recipient, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

If the package returns to the sender because the delivery service was unable to complete the delivery, the Customer will be informed about this by e-mail and will be offered by one of the following options:

  • We send the parcel again, but the Customer pays shipping again
  • The Customer cancel the contract/shipment and we refund the Customer, with the shipping costs deducted

In cases where the Customer does not reply to e-mail in time span of 3 days, the contract will be cancelled, and the Customer will get a refund, with the shipping costs deducted.
