This Sour Saison was inspired by Jolly Pumpkin´s good friends at Off Color Brewing. To emulate this, brewers took a grist bill of Pilsner and Pale malt, added German Hallertaur hops, and then let it mature in oak for 9 months. This Saison is extremely quaffable with subtle notes of lemon, citrus, and funk, followed by a refreshing tartness.
