Saison de L'Ouvrier, Walter Loverier's interpretation of the most authentic Saisons. The recipe calls for the use of unmalted wheat and English noble hops (East Kent Goldings), also in dry-hop. Ferments in wooden vats thanks to indigenous yeasts isolated from the fermentation of the “BeerBera”. In the glass it has a beautiful golden yellow with orange reflections, crowned by a cap of white foam. On the nose, a succession of citrus and floral sensations and some “rustic” notes. In the mouth and very smooth, the acidity is well balanced by malty and fruity notes, which makes it appreciable even by those who are not really in tune with the "sour".
